Question by : Is 100 sit-ups a day a good work out plan?
Ok, well I am trying my best to lose 30 pounds. I?m 13 years old and I need to lose some fat! Well, most of the weight I want to lose is my belly fat, and I was wondering if 100 sit-ups a day would work? Because I was planning on getting up in the morning and going on a jog then doing some aerobics and cardio. And after that, I was going to like get a quick break in and drink some water, then use the elliptical and the 100 situps. All of this in addition to eating healthier. I?m not a health dude and stuff, so would this help? I?m open to other ideas that would also help! Thank ya!

If you can stick to that routine, you should drop the 30 pounds in a little over a month I would guess. That is a pretty aggressive plan, start slow or you will be too sore to do it in an few days.
